Cedar Rapids Noon LIONS Club

Our club budgets funds to help provide financial assistance for eye exams, eyeglasses, and hearing aids to those in need in our community.

For more information or to obtain a financial application for eyesight assistance or
hearing assistance, fill out the following form. Including an address is required.

Once we receive your request, you will be asked for more information to allow us to determine if you qualify. If you are requesting eyeglasses, you will receive a voucher to our service partner for an eye exam and a pair of glasses. If you are requesting hearing aides, we will pay for a audiologist to fit you with a used hearing aid from the Lions hearing aid bank.
